- MySoft provides Education/Lab Packs free of charge for university students (non-commercial use).
- Usage requires a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MySoft.
- Instructors and facilitators may also access Resource Guides free of charge.

4. Charging & Payment Policy
MySoft accepts payments through third-party banks and payment processors (including credit/debit card providers, mobile banking apps, or online payment gateways).
Customers agree that:
- Payment details provided must be valid and authorized.
- All bank transfer fees, transaction charges, or gateway service fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
- MySoft is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party banks or processors.
- Payment confirmations will only be recognized once cleared and verified by the bank/payment provider.
- Any fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity will result in immediate suspension of the Service, and may be reported to authorities.
5. Refund Policy
- MySoft offers a 30-day free guarantee period during which customers may cancel without charges.
- For paid subscriptions or services:
- Refunds will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of payment and the service has not been fully delivered or used.
- Fees for setup, customization, or one-time project work are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days, subject to bank/processor timelines.
- After the guarantee or refund period, all payments are non-refundable.
